2010 VIP REGISTRATION
Scheduled registration for
the season has completed.
Registration is
available as space is available by contacting the VIP
Director (Jeremy or Sarah Johnson) :

Determine
their contact information - see "Staff" button.

Contact them
to see if there are openings.

If there are
openings you need to go to the Director and register.
Registration fee is $25.
VIP Player Registration Methods
1. Online
Registration and bring computer printed form to registration.
You enter your information into eAYSO, print completed
form. Registration information stored to be used next season.
Computer aids in verifying data entry. Completed form is legible and no
data entry required.
2. Print a
registration form and player profile form, manually fill out the forms, and bring completed forms
and two copies to
registration.
3. Come to
registration, pick up and fill out a registration form, and register.
