You must bring a proof of the child's date of birth with you to soccer registration.

You must do this for each registration, regardless of if you have registered before.

Region 102 has started requiring that a proof of the child's date of birth be supplied at registration.

This was started for the fall 2007 season and was caused by previous problems encountered.

You need to bring the proof of date of birth with you to registration.
